Recipe – Dalia

Ingredents :
* 1/2 cup Dalia
* 1 small and finely chopped Onion
* 1 finelt chooped Tomato
* 2 cups finely chooped mixed Vegetables.
* 2 teaspons Oil.
* Salt to taste
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder.
* 1 Glass of water
* 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
* 1 tablespoon finely chopped corriander leaf.

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Heat just 2 teaspoons oil in a presure cooker.
  2. Put cumin seeds and when they crackle add chopped oinon.
  3. When they start looking transparent add chopped Tomato.
  4. Wait for3 to 4 minutes and add all the finely chopped mix vegetables and salt for taste.
  5. Roast the dry Dalia in a separate pan.
  6. Now add the water to dry roasted Dalia and mix all the vegetables in the pressure cooker. Add pepper and mix all.
  7. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and wait till 4 whistle.
  8. After 4 whistles close the fire and open Pressure cooker.
  9. Add fresh corriander leafs and serve hot.
