Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds & Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, spoiled, expired, or incorrect.
Evidence (photo/video) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for:

Opened food packets.
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
