Cancellation & Refund

We aim to provide high-quality food products and complete customer satisfaction. However, if there is a problem, please read below:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds & Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, spoiled, expired, or incorrect.
  • Evidence (photo/video) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened food packets.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
